B12 is $25, no membership required. New clients complete a $35 Good Faith Exam with a Nurse Practitioner before the first service; returning guests pay for the shot alone.

A single-nutrient vitamin B12 injection, given as an intramuscular (IM) shot by a licensed Registered Nurse. It is the starting point on the shot menu, not the whole of it. Signature IM blends are $50 each. NAD+ shots start at $65.

Walk-ins are welcome seven days a week. Booking ahead helps you skip the wait when the clinic is busy.

A shot is a single nutrient or blend in one injection. An IV drip is a bag of fluids plus nutrients in a lounge chair, usually about an hour. B12 is also available as an IV drip add-on.

HSA and FSA cards are accepted for eligible services. Eligibility depends on your individual plan.
